The German Government is planning to enable all persons with approval for admission who wish to leave the country and who are able to leave (e.g. who have passports and meet Pakistan’s exit requirements) to depart as soon as possible. Some of the factors that must be fulfilled in order to leave the country are beyond the control of the German Government. For example, the German Government has no influence over whether the persons to be admitted fulfil the requirements for entry and exit to and from Pakistan, i.e. in particular whether they receive Afghan passports and Pakistani entry and, if applicable, exit visas.
